Quest Homes LTD has engaged Revell Architectural Design to carry out our house plans and design work since their inception. Throughout this time, Scott and his team have always provided a great service with plans that not only are good design but are practical, accurate, and easy to follow.

We engaged RAD to carry out a design and set of plans for a new holiday home in the Coromandel. This was a very challenging site with a number of town planning restraints and obstacles.

Scott worked closely with us and designed a fantastic two levelled home that was functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing design to suit the site and which created optimal views of the harbour and bush.

He worked tirelessly with the local council, backwards and forwards, applying for and gaining Resource Consent and approval for the project. As we had a number of requirements, Scott was highly professional and listened closely to what we wanted and provided sound, knowledgeable advice on products and materials to be used in the design and what wouldn’t work, he was very effective with communication and kept us informed at everystage.

We would happily highly recommended RAD’s services and would have no hesitation in using them again.
